Most conveyors come equipped with a standard fixed speed electrical control. For applications where chip load varies significantly from job to job, a variable speed control can insure proper chip carryout and help minimize coolant loss.
The AC Inverter variable speed control allows the conveyor belt speed to be adjusted from a minimum of 1 foot/minute to a maximum of 9 feet/minute.
The variable speed control is standard equipment on the Microfine, Microfine 2, Microfine 3 and Magnetic conveyors.
