“Much of what we do here is of a proprietary nature,” Jeff explains, “so I can’t be specific about the processes or my customer’s products. But I can tell you that we have a job that requires a bar change every thirty minutes, and that created a problem. The previous bar feeders weren’t designed for that kind of frequent changeovers. Plus, we’re working with small diameter stock – for this job, 3mm.”
