New Low-Cost Bar Feeder Has High-Tech Features
Cincinnati, Ohio – GT 326-E, the newest automatic magazine bar feeder for sliding headstock machines from LNS, flawlessly loads 12’ long bar stock with diameters from 3 mm to 20 mm (26 mm with bar prep). What makes this bar feeder unique is that it includes advanced technology usually found in much more costly machines including:
- Patented, two-position, automatic, hydrostatic front stabilizer with v-shaped guiding elements that dampen residual vibration between the front of the bar feeder and the back of the spindle.
- Patented high-speed headstock synchronization system directly connected to the servo drive to eliminate transmission delay for perfect synchronization between the pusher and headstock.
- High capacity, 10.6” deep magazine tray for long, unattended, lights-out production.
- One-minute setup with automatic adjustment of pushing torque, forward speed and feeding length by entering shape, diameter and feed out length into the user-friendly HMI.
By analyzing and rethinking the entire manufacturing process, LNS built these and other proven technologies into the GT 326-E while driving down production costs to deliver an exceptional value in a 12’ bar feeder.
LNS designs, manufactures, sells and supports bar feeding systems, chip and coolant management systems, work support devices and air filtration systems worldwide. To learn more call: 513-528-5674 or email: LNS-northamerica.com,sales.
